Adam moved from Australia to Canada in 2017 in search of new experiences. He joined Backwoods in the summer of 2018, bringing valuable expertise in Vegetation Management along with five years of experience as a Refrigeration Mechanic back in Australia.

As Field Manager, Adam works closely with customers to develop Vegetation Management plans and coordinate crews to carry out the work safely and efficiently. After each project, he meets with customers to review the results and gather feedback to ensure the program continues to improve. Adam is committed to cultivating an enjoyable and supportive work environment, encouraging both the personal and professional growth of the Backwoods team as individuals and leaders.
